Landlord Certificates

These electrical certificates expire after about 5 years or when a new tenant occupies the property. It is also at the discretion of the person testing to specify the expiry time based on test results and the experience of the tester. The certificate is very important as it ensures that the fixed electrical wiring is in good condition and can continue to remain in service.
